　　According to the National Standardization Management Committee's notice on the pilot work of 'Standardized Good Behavior Enterprises' (National Standard Committee Agricultural Light [2004] No. 12) and in compliance with GB/T 15496 'Requirements for Enterprise Standard System', GB/T 15497 'Technical Standard System of Enterprise Standard System', GB/T 15498 'Management Standards and Work Standards System of Enterprise Standard System' and other national standards and requirements, on April 2 and 3, an expert group led by the Yunnan Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau was formed to confirm the company's establishment of standardized good behavior enterprises since March 2013.

　　This confirmation focuses on the establishment and operation of the standard system, the adequacy and suitability of the standard system, the implementation of standards and continuous improvement, and the effectiveness of standardization work. It strictly verifies the standard system established by the company, which is based on 'technical standard system as the main body, management standard system as the guarantee, and work standard system as the support', including 14 categories and 331 technical standards; 20 categories and 181 management standards; 7 categories and 138 work standards, totaling 650 standards, through report presentations, document reviews, evidence checks, and on-site verifications.

　　The expert group members adhered to the principles of comprehensive and objective evaluation. Based on the company's documents, original records, statements, and on-site conditions, they conducted a comprehensive and objective assessment of the standard system established by the company and the standardization work carried out; they also adhered to the principle of focusing on effectiveness. They evaluated the establishment and operation of the enterprise standard system with an emphasis on meeting the actual needs of production, operation, and management; finally, they maintained the principle of independence and impartiality. During the confirmation process, they excluded various interferences and independently and fairly assessed the enterprise standard system and standardization management. After two days of review, the company received a base score of 380 points, with 80 points for additional items, totaling 460 points, meeting the conditions for AAAA-level standardized good behavior enterprises.

　　At the summary (final) meeting, Director Huang Guoqiang of the Yunnan Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau warmly congratulated Jiangphosphate Group on achieving AAAA-level standardized good behavior enterprise status, while also putting forward requirements for the company. He hoped that the company would continue to maintain its AAAA-level standard good behavior enterprise status, continuously improve, and make standardized good behavior enterprises an important support for enhancing management levels. The expert group leader, Shi Keyan, spoke on behalf of the expert group, fully affirming the company's achievements while offering sincere opinions and suggestions on the company's standardization work. She hoped that: first, the company would optimize the enterprise standard system in the next steps, focusing on laws, regulations, relevant higher-level standards, and the organic integration and connection of the already operating management system and standard system; timely evaluations and optimizations of the applicability, effectiveness, coordination, and operability of technical, management, and work standards would be organized; second, further optimization and simplification of various standards would be pursued, strengthening the understanding of the importance of standardization work, increasing efforts in standard promotion, and comprehensively improving the implementation rate of standards; third, efforts would be intensified to cultivate key personnel in standardization work, exploring methods and pathways for patents to be transformed into market competitiveness through standards, actively participating in standardization activities at all levels, and striving to lead the formulation of national and even international standards in fields such as ultra-fine red phosphorus and low-arsenic yellow phosphorus, thus seizing the initiative in competition.

　　The company successfully passed the AAAA-level standardized good behavior enterprise evaluation, marking that the company can use the 'Standardized Good Behavior' logo on product packaging, labeling, instructions, and promotional materials, which is of great significance for enhancing the level of standardized management and increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise.

　　The company's general manager Wan Ronghui, deputy general managers Wang Liusheng, Fu Yingmin, Yue Cunyuan, and other senior management personnel, as well as heads of various functional departments and 50 standardization management personnel from various departments attended the meeting.
