Rich and high- quality phosphate rock resources are the stable and reliable material of Jianglin Group for producing high-quality phosphoric chemical products. The company’s main product materials, phosphate ore, are supplied by a local phosphoric mineral area named Qingshuigou. Qingshuigou owns rich phosphate resources and it is an open-air mining with over 200 million ton reserves being proved. It owns the characteristics of high-quality minerals, stable ore bed, low-impurity arsenic, magnesium, iron and aluminum, and proper silicon and calcium ratio, high reaction activity and high thermal stabili- ty and so on.
Based on the rich and high-quality phosphate resources, the company’s development space of phosphorus chemical products has been broadened. The company now owns an annual production capacity of 65,000 ton yellow phosphorous, 5000 ton low-arsenic yellow phos- phorus, 3000 ton industry red phosphorous, 500 ton ultra-fine red phosphorous, 50,000 ton technical grade phosphoric acid, 5000 ton food-grade phosphoric acid, 5000 ton phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) and 150,000 ton lime. Yellow phosphorous owns the characteristics of low arsenic, low oil and low sulfur, and its purity can keep above 99.96% for a long time. In 2015, the company introduced intelligent smelting control system for the 7 yellow phosphorous furnaces, and its automation level has been fully improved.

The company has continuously adjusted its product structure, made great efforts to change its development mode, and unswervingly embarked on the road of transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises. In 2012, the company invested 80 million yuan to introduce Italian Fucas technology to build a 500-ton/day lime project, creating conditions for environmental improvement and efficient comprehensive utilization of yellow phosphorus tail gas.
