Yunnan Jianglin Group Co., Ltd. is the core of the group. It was established on the basis of former Jiangchuan Phosphorus Chemical Industry, and restructured to be a modern shareholding enterprise in 1998. In 2003, the company was reformed to be a private enterprise through property rights system. It is a nation- al large-scale enterprise dominated by phosphoric chemical products, integrating science, industry and trade, and stands on the Top 500 chemical industries and Top 100 pre-tax profits as well in China .

The company has carried out school-enterprise cooperation with Peking University, Tianjin University, Zhejiang University, Kunming University of Science and Technology, and Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and established provincial enterprise technology center and one-carbon chemical research center. The standard leads the development of high quality, and the company, as the main drafter of the standard, has developed a product local standard, three chemical industry standards and three group technical standards.
