TRANSFORMATION AND UPGRADING
Technology Research and Development.
Jianglin Group has actively cooperated with national high institutions and research institutes in a multifaceted way to build “Yunnan Provincial Research Center of Industrial Waste Gas Purifying and C1 Chemicals”, and set a local standard for phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) products and three new products company standards including low-arsenic yellow phosphorus, microencapsulated red phosphorus flame retardant and acid cleaner. The company will continue to promote“production and research”cooperation. Through energy-saving and emissions reduction, products deep processing, environment friendly treatment and information and automation construction, it tries to gain certain results in clean production, technological reforming in energy saving and emissions reduction, extension of the yellow phos- phorus industry chain, the comprehensive utilization of“the three wastes”and the comprehensive treatment of production environment.
Industrial Upgrading
In the context of“two high one resources ”industry strictly limited by the state, the company is demanded to positively explore the sustainable development of phosphorus chemicals, break the existing production mode, change the status of extensive production meth- ods and single raw products, establish long-acting cooperation mechanism with research institutes, build the technology and products development platform for the company’s participation, and develop environment friendly products which have low consumption in developing resources and energy and high value added. For this, Jianglin group must change at times, realizing the four transformations, viz. from traditional chemical materials industry to fine chemical industry, from raw materials industry with low value-added to technolo- gy industry with high value-added, from“two high one resources ”industry of excess capacity to eco-friendly innovative enterprise, and from producing hazardous chemicals to harmless new products.
Industrial Upgrading
In terms of industrial automation and informatization, Jianglin Group has actively reformed the existing devices and units, and finished the intelligent smelting automatic control system of yellow phosphorus furnaces, automatic dosage system of phosphorus furnaces, automat- ic slag-discharging system of phosphorus furnaces, 500 ton per diem lime, 50, 000 t/a phosphoric acid, 5000 t/a phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) DCS control system, the recycling and automation renovation of the exhausts of yellow phosphorus, online automatic monitoring system of pollutants and production scheduling system and so on. It established the whole-plant security system, OA office system and K3 financial system, which highly improved the company’s automation and informatization.
