The skill contest of the basic electrician competition in the whole district was sponsored by Jiangxi Federation of Trade Unions, Jiangchuan Power Supply Co., Ltd. of Yuxi City, and hosted by Yunnan Jiangphos Group Co., Ltd. The theme was “Striving for excellence, promoting leapfrog development, competitive exchanges and exhibitions. The purpose is to promote learning through competition, based on posts, and continuously improve the business skills, safety risk prevention awareness and risk control ability of electrician operators in industrial and mining enterprises, prevent safety accidents, ensure job safety, and promote talent growth.

There are 9 teams and 36 players participating in this competition, of which the team of Jiangchuan Power Supply Company does not count. After a day of intensive theoretical examinations and practical competitions, the referees conducted fair rulings, test paper evaluations, and on-site refereeing work, and finally selected three groups of one, two, and three, and individual first, second, and third prizes. A total of 6 people were commended. In this competition, the company's representative team won the first place in the group, the contestant Xing Yongguang won the second prize, and Huang Laisheng and Diao Xuefei won the third prize.

During this period, the company carefully formulated the implementation plan for the contract, strengthened the publicity, and created a good atmosphere for the competition. The competition items were publicized on the electronic display of the office building, and slogans were advertised on the competition site. Set up 36 examination tables and divide 9 workstations for theoretical and practical competitions. At the same time, do a good job of ensuring the venue, tools and other events, do a good job of food, housing and other services, and do a good job of medical security, food safety, public safety, parking lots and other coordination work to ensure the smooth running of the competition.
