　　On the afternoon of March 8, Yang Yalin, Deputy Director of the Provincial Safety Committee and Director of the Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau, led a team to conduct research and guide safety production work at Jiangphosphate Group. They were accompanied by relevant leaders including Jie Shiqing, Deputy Mayor of Yuxi City, Zhang Yujing, Director of Yuxi City Safety Supervision Bureau, Wang Zhihua, District Mayor of Jiangchuan District, Deputy District Mayor Pu Zhaopeng, Ma Changyou, Director of Jiangchuan District Safety Supervision Bureau, Deputy Director Zhao Xiongwei, and Song Pinghua. The meeting was attended by Wan Ronghui, Chairman of the Group Company, Wang Liusheng, Deputy General Manager, and other company leaders.

　　The research team first listened to a report from Wan Ronghui, Chairman and General Manager of the Group Company, on the production and operation situation of Jiangphosphate Group, its development status, and the implementation of the long-term safety production mechanism.

　　After listening to the report from General Manager Wan Ronghui, Yang Yalin pointed out that returning to Jiangphosphate Group after a year was very enlightening. Jiangphosphate Group has clarified safety production responsibilities step by step, extending the enterprise's 'one enterprise, one standard' to 'one post, one standard', which is tailored to fit the actual situation of the enterprise. He urged the same industry in Yuxi City to take Jiangphosphate as a model and promote the construction of a long-term safety production mechanism through analogy. Establish a platform to promote '1+3+5' (where '1' refers to the responsibility of enterprises to comprehensively carry out safety production 'self-inspection and self-examination' based on strict implementation of hidden danger investigation, rectification, re-examination, acceptance, and cancellation; '3' refers to strengthening government and departmental supervision responsibilities through three methods: 'departmental special inspections, expert inspections, and comprehensive government supervision'; '5' refers to five guarantee mechanisms: 'monthly reporting of enterprise self-inspection, catalog management of regulatory objects, list management of hidden dangers and problems, implementation of hidden danger rectification responsibilities, and one standard for one enterprise'), to form a long-term safety production mechanism linked to enterprises at the county level throughout the province, continuously leveraging the role of local government comprehensive supervision, industry department special inspections, and expert inspections from safety supervision departments, implementing a networked regular reporting system for enterprises' self-inspection, hidden danger investigation, rectification, re-examination, acceptance, and cancellation, supporting and supervising the implementation of safety responsibilities at all levels of organizations, being responsible for enterprises, safety supervision, and local party committees and governments.

He hopes Jiangphosphate Group will continue to work hard, especially to contribute to stable growth. District Mayor Wang Zhihua stated that he would urge the implementation of the long-term safety production mechanism in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau.

Through this platform, efforts are made to achieve the goal of detecting hidden dangers without investigation, knowing about unreported hidden dangers, recording unrectified reports, and warning about untimely rectifications. The construction of Jiangphosphate Group's long-term safety production mechanism started on May 12, 2015, with trial operation in June. During the operation period, online reporting was conducted once a week, and after June 30, it was conducted once a month. Currently, the relevant content of the company's long-term safety production mechanism is operating normally.
