Leaders of the State Administration of Work Safety visited the company to supervise the implementation of special safety training.

　　On November 10, a supervisory team consisting of Zhang Qingguo, Deputy Director of the Training Center of the State Administration of Work Safety, Bo Shuping, Director of the Training Department of the Training Center, and Zhang Yingdong from the Training Education Department of the Personnel Department (Publicity and Education Office) visited the company to supervise the safety education and training work. They were accompanied by Hu Liping, Director of the Publicity and Education Department of the Yunnan Provincial Administration of Work Safety, Liu Xianneng, Director of the Center, Niu Kunhua, Deputy Researcher of the Publicity Department, and Li Hui, head of the Examination Office, along with 15 leaders from the Yuxi City Administration of Work Safety and Jiangchuan District Administration of Work Safety.

　　The supervisory team conducted their inspection using the method of 'concentrated reporting, on-site checks, document reviews, and written examinations of operational personnel.' At the meeting, the supervisory team first listened to Wan Ronghui, the Director of the Safety Production Committee and General Manager of the company, who gave a keynote report titled 'Strengthening Essential Safety and Promoting Safe Development' covering the company's basic situation, safety (training education) management, and safety culture. Special emphasis was placed on the construction of safety management systems; the extraction and use of safety funds; the certification status of key personnel, safety management personnel, and special operations personnel; the education and training of 'Four New' items, namely new equipment, new processes, new technologies, and new materials before they are put into operation; comprehensive safety education and training for all employees; and the deepening of the company's long-term safety mechanism from 'one enterprise, one standard' to 'one position, one standard' responsibility assessment. Subsequently, the supervisory team was divided into three small groups: one group checked the site, another checked the documents, and the third conducted random safety knowledge examinations of operational personnel, with all three groups conducting their inspection work simultaneously.

　　During the document check, the supervisory team reviewed the ledger of safety production fund extraction and usage, checked the training hours and validity of certificates for certified personnel against the 'Annual Education and Training Plan', and conducted traceability checks on safety training education materials.

　　In the written examination, the supervisory team randomly selected 20 on-duty operational personnel to gather in the conference room for a safety knowledge examination, all of whom passed.

　　At the summary meeting, the supervisory team highly affirmed and praised Jiangphosphorus Group's safety training work, while also providing the company with the following suggestions: First, for the three-level safety education work, while ensuring that the total training hours are no less than 72 hours, the enterprise can adjust the hours based on actual conditions, focusing on the beginning and end while shortening the middle hours to better highlight education that aligns with the enterprise's actual situation; second, ensure that key personnel and safety management personnel receive annual re-education and training; third, innovate training methods, utilizing the 'Internet+' platform model for safety education training, and create safety notice educational slides for incoming personnel. At the same time, it is hoped that the enterprise will effectively strengthen safety production education and training work, enhance the safety quality of employees, establish a grand strategic vision for development, and ensure that the enterprise remains at the forefront of safe development, striving to be a leader in the province's long-term safety inspection mechanism.
