　　On the morning of February 20, 2017, at 9:00 AM, the 2017 Employee Representative Assembly of Jianglin Group was grandly held in the solemn sound of the national anthem. Zhang Wenbin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangchuan District Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor, Dai Yanfen, Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, Li Tiangui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the District Economic and Information Bureau, Li Huatong, Director of the Bureau, Li Jianghui, Director of the District Safety Supervision Bureau, Zhang Liqiong, Deputy Director of the District Development and Reform Bureau, Zhang Chunli, Director of the District Environmental Protection Bureau, Zhang Zhenghong, Deputy Director of the Dajie Street Office, Dai Zhaohong, Chairman of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and other leaders from various units were invited to attend the meeting. A total of 120 representatives were expected to attend, with 116 actually present and 12 attending as observers. The three reports comprehensively summarized the company's work over the past year from different perspectives, with truthful content, objective evaluations, and accurate issues, proposing production, operation, and management tasks for 2017, with clear goals, specific measures, and strong guarantees.

During the discussion session in the afternoon, the representatives closely focused on the theme of the meeting, combined their actual work positions, expressed their opinions freely, and put forward many valuable suggestions, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and a high sense of responsibility. 　　Afterwards, the leaders of the group company signed the 'Economic Responsibility System' with Jiangchuan Hotel and the small loan company; representatives from both the enterprise and the trade union signed the 'Special Collective Contract for the Protection of Women's Special Rights and Interests', 'Collective Labor Contract', and 'Enterprise Wage Special Collective Contract'. Finally, the conference solemnly commended the advanced collectives and outstanding individuals that emerged in 2016. The conference completed all the scheduled agendas, achieved the expected results, and was a complete success.

　　In his closing speech, Deputy General Manager of Production Yue Cunyuan stated that in 2017, we still face pressures from economic downturn, safety and environmental protection, and supply-side structural reforms. However, pressure is also motivation.
