On November 5, 2024, Jianglin Group organized safety standardization training to further enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency rescue skills.
From October 24 to 25, 2024, Jianglin Group successfully passed the on-site review of the company's safety standardization level 2 enterprise conducted by an expert group organized by the Yunnan Provincial Emergency Management Department. The company leadership attached great importance to the 9 valuable suggestions raised by the review team and responded quickly. On November 5, 2024, a safety standardization training was organized to enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency rescue skills.
Meeting site
The participants in this concentrated training covered the chemical workshops one to six, the flame retardant workshop, and the power generation workshop. The deputy safety director of each workshop personally led the team, selecting personnel above the team leader level to participate. Meanwhile, the company's functional departments also arranged relevant personnel to attend the training based on their work situation.
The training content is divided into two parts: the first part is theoretical teaching, and the second part is practical training.
Theoretical teaching site
The theoretical teaching was conducted by Zhang Xuedong, the deputy director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department. Through theoretical explanations and case analyses, the participating employees gained a clearer understanding of the company's safety production policies, objectives, the safety commitments of the main responsible persons, the safety responsibilities of various positions, and the composition of the company's safety production management network. In addition, he also explained the emergency rescue plan in detail and demonstrated the use of emergency rescue equipment such as air respirators, providing valuable knowledge reserves for the participating employees.

The second part is practical training, where participants personally wore positive pressure air respirators through on-site demonstrations and hands-on experiences, mastering the correct wearing methods and usage skills. This enhanced employees' practical operation capabilities, ensuring that they could quickly and accurately use emergency rescue equipment in emergencies, thereby safeguarding their own and others' safety.
