First meeting
On October 24-25, 2024, the Yunnan Provincial Emergency Management Department entrusted Yunnan Anyi Safety Evaluation Co., Ltd. to organize and invite five experts to form a review team to conduct an on-site review of the safety production secondary standardization rating (re-examination) applied by Yunnan Jiangphosphate Group Co., Ltd. for hazardous chemical enterprises.
At the first meeting on October 24, the attending review team first watched the company's promotional video and received safety education information upon entry. Subsequently, the review team listened to the report on the company's safety standardization operation over the past three years. Administrative Deputy General Manager Wang Liusheng read the commitment letter on behalf of the company, and the attending expert group elected Fu Yunsheng as the leader of this review team, assigning specific tasks for the review work. Leaders from the Yuxi City Emergency Management Bureau and the Yuxi City Jiangchuan District Emergency Management Bureau participated throughout the review process and made corresponding requirements for the company's safety standardization secondary enterprise operation.
The entire review work is divided into two parts: production site inspection and standardization operation document review.
During the on-site review, the review expert team, accompanied by company leaders and responsible persons of various elements, conducted in-depth and detailed inspections and reviews of the production devices, public works, auxiliary facilities, and the implementation of safety management within the review scope.

During the document review phase, the review team conducted a thorough examination of the company's safety production standardization twelve elements documents through various methods such as inquiries and questions.

At the final meeting on the afternoon of October 25, after careful discussion, the review team reached a consensus, believing that the safety production management, safety performance, and review scores of Yunnan Jiangphosphate Group Co., Ltd. met the national requirements for safety production standardization secondary enterprises, with a comprehensive score of 83.18 points. At the same time, the review team provided nine valuable suggestions for the company's safety standardization operation.
Final meeting
At the final meeting, Group General Manager Wan Junchen stated that we will carefully listen to the opinions and suggestions of the review team, formulate a detailed rectification report for the issues identified during the review, and actively implement effective rectification measures to continuously optimize and improve the safety production standardization system, further enhancing safety management efficiency. The success of this review meeting is not only a comprehensive examination of Jiangphosphate Group's safety production work but also a strong guarantee for the company's future sustainable and healthy development. Safety and Environmental Protection Director Rao Zhizhen added that with the imminent implementation of the new standards, the review of the twelve elements of safety production standardization is not only a phased achievement but also the starting point of a new journey. We must continue to commit to the improvement and enhancement of the system, preparing adequately for the upcoming review operation that includes fifteen elements of higher standards.
