From November 24 to 25, 2018, the Yunnan Provincial Emergency Management Department organized a review team composed of randomly selected experts and auditors from Kunming Sunshine Safety Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. to accept and conduct on-site audits of the company's application for the three-year safety standardization (Level II) enterprise re-examination and certification, in order to verify whether the effective performance of the continuous operation of safety production standardization can maintain the (Level II) enterprise level. The review process was supervised by relevant leaders from the Yuxi City and Jiangchuan District Safety Production Supervision Administration. A total of 48 people participated in the first and last meetings, including the company's general manager, deputy general manager, chief engineer, technical director, and heads of various workshops, departments, element leaders, and standardization administrators. Since the company first obtained the title of production standardization (Level II) enterprise in November 2012, it passed the first re-examination in November 2015, and the second re-examination was conducted as scheduled on November 24-25, 2018.
First Meeting One
The meeting was chaired by Li Xingjian from Kunming Sunshine Safety Technology Engineering Co., Ltd.
At the first meeting, the review team listened to the report on the safety standardization operation of Yunnan Jiangphosphate Group Co., Ltd.; the expert group elected Xu Jingming as the group leader. Subsequently, Group Leader Xu Jingming announced the progress arrangement of this evaluation work and clarified the review scope and methods according to the requirements of the 'Basic Specifications for Enterprise Safety Production Standardization' (GB/T33000-2016), 'General Specifications for Safety Standardization of Hazardous Chemical Enterprises' (AQ3013-2008), and the 'Notice from the Yunnan Provincial Safety Production Supervision Administration on Further Regulating the Safety Production Standardization Review Work of Hazardous Chemical Enterprises'. The company's general manager, Wan Ronghui, read the 'Commitment Letter' at the first meeting; the manager of the safety and environmental department, Rao Zhizhen, provided a brief notice on on-site safety precautions to the attendees.

After two days of on-site inspections and document reviews, at the final meeting on the afternoon of November 25, the expert group leader Xu Jingming read the 'Enterprise Safety Standardization Review Report', with a final comprehensive score of 83.9 points. The enterprise's safety standardization system meets the requirements of AQ3013-2008 and the 'Review Standards', and operates effectively. The review team believes that Yunnan Jiangphosphate Group Co., Ltd.'s safety production management has reached the requirements of a safety production standardization Level II enterprise.

At the meeting, Liu Jianlin from the Jiangchuan District Safety Production Supervision Administration and Shen Congde, Deputy Director of the Yuxi City Safety Production Supervision Administration, respectively congratulated the company on successfully passing the re-examination and put forward requirements for safety work, hoping that the enterprise would rectify and close issues according to the opinions and suggestions raised by the experts. Meanwhile, the company's general manager, Wan Ronghui, expressed sincere gratitude to the leaders and expert group members who participated in the safety standardization re-examination! He also stated the company's commitment to 'strictly implement national safety laws, regulations, and standards, and effectively fulfill the enterprise's main responsibility for safety production' for the next steps in safety management.
