On December 30, the company's labor union organized a farewell party for retired employees. Employees who were approved for retirement in 2019, including Jin Ya, Ma Li, Yang Chunxian, Luo Chunfu, and Zhang Yanfen, along with their families, the company's general manager Wan Ronghui, labor union chairman Wang Liusheng, marketing deputy general manager Fu Yingmin, production deputy general manager Deng Ping, and leaders from the departments and workshops where the retired employees worked were invited to attend the farewell party.
