　　On March 4, 2022, the Jianglin Group 2022 Employee Representative Conference was held at Jiangchuan Hotel, attended by 119 official employee representatives and 15 non-voting representatives from various production workshops, functional departments, and subsidiaries. Fu Rui, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Jiangchuan District Economic and Information Bureau, Dai Yanfen, Vice Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, and Han Haiping, Deputy Director of the Ninghai Street Office, along with Mr. Zhao Ming, Mr. Yang Yunhua, and Mr. Jin Youfu from neighboring units, were invited to attend the meeting and were seated at the front of the stage.

　　During the morning preparatory meeting, Wang Liusheng, the company's Party Secretary and Trade Union Chairman, presented the "Report on the Preparatory Work and Qualification Review for the 2022 Employee Representative Conference," explaining the preparations for this conference and the election of employee representatives.

　　Subsequently, the conference opened solemnly with the national anthem, and the company's Deputy General Manager of Production, Deng Ping, presided over the morning session.

　　At the meeting, Fu Rui delivered a speech, affirming the achievements of the company in product research and development, safety production, environmental protection investment, and technological innovation in 2021. He recognized the company's contributions to accelerating and enhancing the Jiangchuan economy, setting a good example for private enterprises in the district. He hoped Jianglin would firmly establish the awareness of leading development, innovative development, and safe development, seize rare development opportunities, work together, and continue to make efforts in product research and development, structural adjustment, technological innovation, and safety production, facing the new era and striving for a new journey, to make the enterprise bigger and stronger, adding brilliance to the goal of high-quality economic development in Jiangchuan.

　　Dai Yanfen spoke at the meeting, congratulating the Jianglin Group on the convening of the Employee Representative Conference, affirming the company's production and operational achievements in 2021, and expressing high hopes for this conference in creating a new situation for the development of Jianglin Group. At the same time, she proposed three hopes for how the company could carry out trade union work in 2022: first, she hoped Jianglin Group would continue to push forward all work, strive for progress, expand achievements, and that the broad workforce would unite to make greater contributions to Jianglin's leapfrog development; second, she hoped that the employee representatives would fully play their representative roles, truly participate in democratic decision-making, democratic management, and democratic supervision, and serve as a bridge and link between the employee representatives and the masses; third, she emphasized the importance of vigorously implementing the "talent-driven enterprise" strategy.

　　In the afternoon discussions, the attending representatives expressed their opinions and suggestions based on the meeting's theme and their actual work positions, providing many valuable opinions and suggestions. 　　Marketing Deputy General Manager Fu Yingmin delivered the closing speech, calling on all representatives to actively take action after the conference, making the implementation of the conference spirit a new driving force and starting point for the company's development. He urged everyone to study the speeches of leaders at all levels during the conference, learn the relevant documents of the conference, understand the essence of the conference spirit, and further invigorate their spirits and work solidly around the tasks set by the conference, contributing to the comprehensive promotion of the company's green and low-carbon development and high-quality development.

　　The conference successfully concluded with the solemn singing of the International Anthem after completing all meeting agendas.
