On July 3, 2020, an acceptance team consisting of 14 members, including the Yuxi City Ecological Environment Bureau (City Environmental Supervision Team), Yuxi City Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, Yuxi City Emergency Management Bureau, Yuxi City Ecological Environment Bureau Jiangchuan Branch, Yuxi City Jiangchuan District Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, and three invited experts, conducted an on-site verification and acceptance of our company's special investigation and remediation of "three phosphates."
On July 3, 2020, an acceptance group consisting of 14 members from the Yuxi Ecological Environment Bureau (Municipal Environmental Supervision Team), Yuxi Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, Yuxi Emergency Management Bureau, Yuxi Ecological Environment Bureau Jiangchuan Branch, Yuxi Jiangchuan District Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, and three invited experts conducted an on-site verification and acceptance of our company's "Three Phosphorus" special investigation and remediation. The meeting was attended by the company's general manager Wan Ronghui, deputy general managers Wang Liusheng, Fu Yingmin, Deng Ping, chief engineer Gong Guisheng, and 15 other representatives from the production department, safety and environmental protection department, engineering department, office, and the contractor of the decolorization device.
First Meeting
At the first acceptance meeting, the acceptance group listened to reports on six aspects of the company's "Three Phosphorus" special investigation and remediation, including the comprehensive recovery and purification treatment of yellow phosphorus tail gas, the improvement of high-temperature slag water quenching steam emissions from yellow phosphorus electric furnaces, the treatment of smoke emissions from flow pools and other sewage pools, unorganized dust emissions from some belt conveyors and discharge ports, the collection and reuse of initial rainwater, and hazardous waste management. The meeting was chaired by Yin Zenghua, deputy captain of the Environmental Supervision Team of the Yuxi Ecological Environment Bureau.
Subsequently, the acceptance group conducted an on-site inspection, focusing on the construction and use of the material yard rain shed, the comprehensive utilization of yellow phosphorus tail gas until it is truly "extinguished", water quenching slag steam, smoke collection from the yellow phosphorus production system, alkaline washing, water washing, the significant effects produced by electromagnetic decolorization, as well as the collection and treatment of unorganized dust emissions from belt transportation and discharge ports, the collection and reuse of initial rainwater, and hazardous waste management.

At the summary meeting, the acceptance group concluded that the measures required in the company's "Yangtze River 'Three Phosphorus' Special Investigation and Remediation Technical Guidelines" and the "Yunnan Province 'Three Phosphorus' Special Investigation Problem Remediation Acceptance Verification Procedures" have been basically implemented, meeting the acceptance conditions, and agreed that the enterprise passed the acceptance of the "Three Phosphorus" special investigation and remediation.
Summary Meeting
The comprehensive verification and acceptance conclusion of the Environmental Supervision Team of the Yuxi Ecological Environment Bureau believes that, based on the review of materials and on-site verification by the verification group, Yunnan Jiangphosphorus Group Co., Ltd. is basically able to carry out remediation work in accordance with the requirements of the "Yangtze River 'Three Phosphorus' Special Investigation and Remediation Technical Guidelines". After two preliminary acceptances in Jiangchuan District and the enterprise's self-acceptance, the remediation content has been further improved based on the acceptance opinions. Currently, the company's various remediation works are basically able to meet the requirements of the "Yangtze River 'Three Phosphorus' Special Investigation and Remediation Technical Guidelines" and the "Yunnan Province 'Three Phosphorus' Special Investigation Problem Remediation Acceptance Verification Procedures (Trial)".
